We believe in the value of our live training, mentorship, and digital marketing systems. That’s why we offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee for students who enroll in our Live Digital Marketing Course. Please carefully read the terms below before making a refund request.

✅ 1. Eligibility Window

• This policy is only applicable to students enrolled in the Live Digital Marketing Batch at Ingenious Academy.

• It applies to students who have paid via EMI or full payment.

• The refund request must be made within 15 calendar days from the official start date of your first allocated batch.

• You may request a refund for any reason — no questions asked, as long as other conditions below are met.

❌ 2. When This Policy Becomes Void

You lose refund eligibility under the following conditions:

• If you switch your batch from live to recorded mode.

• If you move to any other live batch than the one initially allocated to you.

• If you change or upgrade to any other course or program at Ingenious Academy during this period.

🔄 3. Attendance Requirement

To qualify for a refund:

• You must not miss more than 2 live sessions during your first 15 days.

• Absence from 3 or more live sessions, regardless of the reason, will make you ineligible for this policy.

• Attendance is tracked via Zoom/Google Meet logs or internal platform data.

💸 4. Refund Amount & Deductions

• You are eligible to receive 90% of your total paid amount as a refund.

• 10% will be deducted as Processing and Operational Charges.

• Ingenious Academy reserves the right to revise this deduction percentage at any time without prior notice.

📦 5. Access Revocation Upon Refund

• If a refund is approved, you will lose access to:

o All live/recorded sessions

o Bonus content

o Private WhatsApp/Telegram/Community groups

o Certificates, LMS, and downloadable materials

• You are required to delete or stop using any downloaded materials post-refund.

👤 6. One-Time Eligibility

• This policy is valid only once per individual.

• If you’ve claimed a refund previously from Ingenious Academy for any course or program, you are no longer eligible for this guarantee in future enrollments.

📆 7. No Extension Under Any Circumstance

• The 15-day period is strictly non-extendable, even in the case of:

o Technical issues

o Personal emergencies

o Delays in starting sessions from your end

💳 8. EMI or Loan-Based Payments

• If you enrolled via an EMI plan or loan, your refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method.

• However, Ingenious Academy is not responsible for cancelling your EMI plan or adjusting interest charged by your provider. You must contact them directly.

⚖️ 9. Dispute Resolution & Final Authority

• All refund decisions are subject to review.

• Ingenious Academy reserves the right to deny refund claims in cases of policy misuse or suspicious activity.

• In all matters related to refunds, the decision of the management will be final and binding.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval. Time to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
