✅ 1. No Refund Policy

  • This policy is applicable to all students enrolled in the Live Digital Marketing Batch at Ingenious Academy.

  • It applies to all payment methods, including EMI and full payments.

  • Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable. No requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or inability to attend.

🔄 2. Non-Transferability

  • The fees paid for the course are non-transferable.

  • You cannot transfer your seat or the amount paid to any other person.

  • Fees cannot be moved or adjusted against any other course, program, or future batch at Ingenious Academy once the payment is processed.

❌ 3. Forfeiture of Eligibility The seat and access provided are exclusive to the registered student. Any attempt to:

  • Transfer account access to another individual

  • Switch to a different course or program without prior management approval

  • Misuse the platform materials will result in immediate revocation of access without any liability for a refund.

💸 4. Payment & Processing

  • Ingenious Academy reserves the right to manage and allocate batches based on operational requirements.

  • Registration is confirmed only upon the successful receipt of the prescribed fees.

📦 5. Access and Materials

  • Upon payment, you gain access to:

    • Live/recorded sessions

    • Bonus content

    • Private WhatsApp/Telegram/Community groups

    • Certificates, LMS, and downloadable materials

  • Unauthorized sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

💳 6. EMI or Loan-Based Payments

  • If you enrolled via an EMI plan or loan, you remain liable to the service provider for the full repayment of the loan as per your agreement with them.

  • Ingenious Academy is not responsible for any interest, penalties, or cancellations regarding your third-party financial arrangements.

⚖️ 7. Final Authority

  • All decisions regarding admissions and course conduct are subject to review by the management.

  • In all matters related to fees and enrollment, the decision of the Ingenious Academy management will be final and binding.
